My first visit to Ontario was as an Eagle Scout and I was so impressed with the wonderfully clear and clean water we enjoyed as we canoed and backpacked for several weeks. My wife Heather and I love this area and share our home with two horses, two Labradors, eight chickens, one rooster and one cat. We also love to downhill ski, scuba dive, and spend time on the lakes with our four adult children and one (so far) grandchild. Heather has been in the mortgage business for eighteen years, working with clients and private lenders in the Haliburton area.
